Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every EmpowerGLP™ product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Because our products are consumable health supplements, we handle refunds differently than most retailers—in a way that's easier for you.
Opened Products
Give it a real try. If you've used the product and it isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return the product—for health and safety reasons, we can't accept or resell opened supplements, so there's nothing to ship back. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
The satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household, per product, and applies to your first purchase of that product.
Unopened Products
If your product is still sealed and unopened, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. As with opened products, there is generally no need to return it; we'll confirm the details when you contact us.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at sales@marketingfire.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@marketingfire.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is separate from and in addition to the satisfaction guarantee above.
Exclusions
To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable, it does not cover:
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces (only purchases made directly through our website are eligible)
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Repeated or excessive refund requests, which we reserve the right to decline
- Bulk, wholesale, or promotional orders, unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse of this policy.
